You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Site or place an order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us of any unauthorized use.

We try to present our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee that your display reproduces them exactly. Handcrafted pieces may vary slightly, which is part of their character. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or decline or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the items. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where there is a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken for cancelled items.

Prices are shown in [currency]. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

Shipping options, timeframes, and any costs are described in our Shipping Policy [link]. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to you, as set out there.

The Site and all of its content, including text, images, design, the GIROTI name and logo, and the Journey of Love® trademark, are owned by or licensed to SG Studio Art LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, infringing the rights of others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them in connection with our business, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Do not send content you do not have the right to share.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services that we do not control and are not responsible for.

The Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIROTI and SG Studio Art LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SG Studio Art LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state], United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
